Terre Di San Vito, grows and uses Coratina, Ogliarola and Favolosa olives and pays meticulous attention to the production process and, in particular, harvesting by hand. By doing this, they can ensure only the best, ripe olives are collected, ideal for the milling process. They are then cold pressed on the same day — no chemicals are added. The Terre Di San Vito olive oil has a high nutritional value, particularly in vitamins E, A, K and D, and also has antioxidant properties which boost the body's immune system.
